AbstractA copper-mediated oxidative difluoromethylation of terminal alkynes using nucleophilic TMSCF2H in the presence of an oxidant 9,10-phenanthraquinone was developed. This reaction provided a direct and efficient method for preparation of difluoromethylated alkynes.
