摘要: 运用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对乙醇浸渍溶液中铜铁含量的分析与研究,分别选择铜铁的共振线为324.7和248.3nm、灯电流为6mA和7mA、燃烧器高度为8mm和9mm、空气-乙炔火焰等最佳测定条件。在测定过程中对样品干扰因素等进行了综合考虑。该测定方法具有很好的灵敏度,干扰少,选择性和重现性好等优点。测定样品铜铁含量的相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=6),标准加入回收率均在97.0%~98.5%(n=6) 范围内。适用于乙醇浸渍溶液中铜铁含量的控制分析和样品系统分析。达到了实验室仪器分析质量与质量控制的要求。
英文摘要: Chiefly simple the stating of this paper uses air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry to go on Analysis and research that the Copper and Iron in impregnating solution of ethyl alcohol. The deviation RSD<1.0% comparing to standard value. The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0%~98.5%. The use of the method fully suited to the control of Copper and Iron. The practice shows that the method is fully suited to measure the content of Copper and Iron. Trace quantity in impregnating solution of ethyl alcohol.. The proposed method was proved to be a useful instrument analytical technique in air-acetylene flame absorbing spectral method and finishes the requirement of all-round achieving laboratory analysis quality control.
