摘要: 探讨了塑料发展与环境问题对策研究现状及其发展历程的结果表明,实施“三R”原则以及应用塑料稳定化和可降解两项技术仍是当前主要对策。对于塑料废弃物治理,今后发展趋势是注重回收和焚烧;同时减少填埋;另外,人们对废弃塑料是一种放错地方的宝贵资源的这种态度和生活方式的改变,比其治理技术更为重要。
英文摘要: In this thesis, research result of research situation and developing course of environmental problem countermeasures to plastics development shows that 3R strategies and the two technologies of application plastics stablizing and degrading are still main countermeaures currently. As for the treatment of plastic wastes, future developing trend is to lay stress on recycling and burning, and at the same time decreasing burying. Also, changes of people's views and ways of life to regard wasted plastics as a resourece put in the wrong place are more important than treatment technologies.
