英文摘要: Homonuclear scalar coupling constants can be measured in HMQC experiments by increasing the resolution in the F2 dimension; in addition, the C-H chemical shift correlation can be obtained. This approach is illustrated using the experimental spectra of chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA). The H-1 NMR spectrum for CDCA was completely assigned; the J(H,H) and 1J(C,H) values and the C-H correlation were obtained from the 2D HMQC spectrum.
