英文摘要: The resolution of (+/-)-4,12-dihydroxy[2.2]paracyclophane [(+/-)-PHANOL] has been realized through the, simply separated by flash chromatography and reduced with LiAlH4, diastereomeric esters of (IS)-(-)-camphanic acid. The (R)-(+)-PHANOL and (S)-(-)-PHANOL were obtained in an excellent yield (89%) with high enantiomeric excess (>99.8%). (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
