摘要: 总结了近年来应用质谱方法研究气相S^N2离子—分子反应的进展.主要包括气相S^N2离子分子反应的机理,动力学和热力学的各种因素.与凝固相中反应对比、阐明了影响反应机理、方向与程度的决定件因素、及溶剂化效应对凝聚相中反应的影响方式.还介绍了一些气相中特有的S^N2离子—分子反应和研究气相反应特殊的质谱学研究方法与技术.
英文摘要: This article reviews recent studieson gas-phase S^N2 ion-molecule reaction by mass jspectrometry. The main factors that affect the mechanism, dynamics, stereochemistry and thermodynamics of the gas-phase S^N2 ion-molecule reactions are summarized. Through jcomparision with the same kinds of reaction in condensed phase, the research results not only uncover the most important factors, which determine the direction, stereochemistry and yield of the reaction, but also illuminate the role of solvation in condensed phase reaction. Moreover some unusual reactions are introduced, which take place only in gas phase. The review also discusses some special mass spectrometric methods and techniques in the investigation of gas-phase S^N2 ion-molecule reactions.
