英文摘要: Headspace is a new sample preparation technique, which is more effcient and convenient than routine techniques, involving minimal sample manipulation as well. An ion trap is a better solution for qualitative applications, as it will provide full scan MS~n data at trace levels. MS~n is performed to elucidate the fragmentation pathways of the compounds, which is useful to certify the structure of the compounds. In this paper a method of headspace coupled GC-MS~n was used to study the volatile components of perilla futescens and 35 compounds have been identified.
