英文摘要: The first palladium-diene-catalyzed asymmetric Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction has been achieved. A number of functionalized biaryls were obtained in high yields and in moderate to high enantioselectivities. The existence of an ortho-formyl group greatly improves the catalyst efficiency and permits further synthetic elaborations.
