英文摘要: This article summarizes our work on the synthesis of naturally occurring antifeeding compound tonghaosu containing spiroketal-enol ether unit and its and its analogs as well as their chemical properties with emphases on acid catalyzed nucleophilic additions, isomerization, selective reduction of the endo-cyclic double bond and selective oxidation of exo-cyclic double bond.
